COVID-19 Message from Divine

Dear Clients and Employees:

As the Coronavirus pandemic reshapes our daily lives and healthcare routines, we are encouraging our clients and employees to practice social distancing, stay up-to-date in the news, and follow directives from the Governor and local officials about COVID-19. 

We also encourage you to practice appropriate hand hygiene (See Minnesota Department of Health video on appropriate handwashing); shelter in place—only going out to buy essential items like food and toiletries; avoid large gatherings; and call your provider and inform your nurse or the office if you:

• Currently have symptoms of respiratory illness (fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and skin rash. 
• Have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
• Have recently travelled to an area with COVID-19 cases
• Have been exposed to pertussis (whooping cough), chickenpox, and measles
